When all reasonable avenues toward resolution have been fully explored—and only when a mutual agreement is reached—Capital Buyers, LLC may offer to acquire an ownership interest in the asset. As a first-look provision operator, we may take possession of select assets for long-term hold within our portfolio.

If we elect not to purchase the property or acquire the deed, we often extend the opportunity to our preferred partners for consideration. Should those partners decline, the asset may then be marketed to the public through appropriate channels, including internet advertising, marketing materials, multiple listing services, and coordination with licensed REALTORS® and brokers.

Capital Buyers, LLC does not charge a fee for its services. However, we do offer free, limited referral support for individuals who are financially able to navigate the complexities of these challenges independently.
